Custom Health is seeking a Solutions Delivery Onboarding Coordinator to be part of our amazing team!

Custom Health provides a comprehensive tech-enabled med management and managed care solution resulting in 98% medication adherence for our patients across the United States and Canada. Operations are powered by proprietary software which orchestrates: i) fully automated owned and network pharmacies, ii) at-home medication management solutions, iii) real-time clinical oversight by 200+ pharmacist-lead clinicians, and iv) the collection of real-time, real-world data and insights. 

What you'll do!

We are seeking an enthusiastic Solutions Delivery Onboarding Coordinator to join our expanding team! The perfect candidate will possess a robust customer service background, a keen interest in learning Custom Health products, and the capability to investigate, comprehend, and articulate the technical aspects of our products to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide project management for customer onboarding and implementation. 
  • Manage spencer inventory and consumable shipping and tracking. 
  • Respond to escalation requests, offering exceptional support through active listening, issue comprehension, and effective problem-solving. 
  • Communicate important information, updates, and release notes to all customers. 
  • Develop and maintain a new employee training experience. 
  • Become an expert Custom Health user and stay updated on all new feature releases. 
  • Create product training materials for both internal and external knowledge bases. 
  • Provide internal and external product education as needed.  
  • Travel required (25%). 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 
Qualifications: 
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or a combination of education and relevant experience. 
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple customer issues under tight deadlines. 
  • Ability to quickly analyze issues and determine the best course of action using available resources. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Capability to explain technical concepts and theories to non-technical audiences. 
  • Genuine commitment to delivering best-in-class customer and technical support. 
  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
