Custom Health is looking for a Registered Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our team. Reporting to the Senior VP of Clinical Operations, the Clinical Nurse Specialist is responsible for ensuring the proper setup of the medication dispensing device and delivering clinical services to patients with a variety of medical conditions at the individual patient places of residence.

The ideal candidate will display compassion, education, proficiency, and experience while assisting the patient.

 

Responsibilities:

  • The duties and responsibilities of the Clinical Nurse Specialist include a variety of clinical interventions and services that may be performed within the scope of the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license and per the state of California regulations.
  • The expectation for this position is up to 90% travel within San Mateo County in the State of California. Travel expenses are included.

 

Requirements:

  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • A minimum of four years of LVN or RN experience in the home healthcare field
  • Able to speak Spanish fluently
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are a must-have
  • Up-to-date CPR for Healthcare Professionals
  • Personal transportation and a valid Driver's License are required.
